Saint Anthony’s DOES NOT collect any tuition at the School.  Below is the information on how to pay the tuition for Saint Anthony’s School.

Saint Anthony’s of Padua only accepts tuition through an Archdiocese of New York approved tuition company, FACTS Management Company.

FACTS e-Cashier will allow you to make payment(s) by:

  • Automatic Bank Payments from your Checking or Savings account (United States Bank Accounts Only)
  • Credit Card – Please see below regarding payments using a Credit Card

ENROLLMENT FEE: The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is:

$40.00 for 3-12 Payments

The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee will be automatically processed within 14 days of the agreement being completed by the institution and posted to the FACTS system. If you are enrolling in the FACTS Peace of Mind (POM) Benefit, the $12.00 nonrefundable POM Fee will be automatically added to your FACTS Enrollment Fee. The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee is based upon the number of payments selected for each FACTS contract period. If the entire balance due is not paid within the contract period or twelve (12) months, whichever period is shorter, an agreement is in renewal. On the renewal date of such an agreement, FACTS may assess a new FACTS Enrollment Fee. If any enrollment fees are returned, they will be reattempted. Fees are subject to change in future years.

Invoice

ENROLLMENT FEE: The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is:

The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee will be included on your first invoice. It is understood that FACTS is not obligated to process payments unless the FACTS Enrollment Fee has been paid. The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee is based upon the number of payments selected for each FACTS contract period. If the entire balance due is not paid within the contract period or twelve (12) months, whichever period is shorter, an agreement is in renewal. On the renewal date of such an agreement, FACTS may assess a new FACTS Enrollment Fee. If you are enrolling in the FACTS Peace of Mind (POM) Benefit, the nonrefundable $12.00 POM Fee will be included on your first invoice. Fees are subject to change in future academic years.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS/LATE FEES: Invoices will be sent on approximately the 10th of the month prior to each payment’s due date. Payments are due the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee payable to the institution may be assessed and shown on your next invoice. (The assessment of late fees is at the institution’s sole discretion; you should contact the institution to inquire about its policy relative to late fees.) Fees are subject to change. Payments by check or money order will be processed by FACTS’ designated lockbox provider. Only checks and money orders payable from U.S. financial institutions will be accepted. Payments shall be deemed made when the item clears and is no longer subject to rejection.

ATTENTION CREDIT CARD PAYERS – PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE BELOW:
If you are interested in paying by credit card, please contact FACTS at (800)233-1096. You will need your total balance due and the school’s FACTS ID.

Please keep in mind that there is a 2.5% convenience fee for using your credit card. FACTS offers MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
